本期音乐为金属音乐专题。这期的大部分乐队都有悠久的历史，除了第9首Heroes to Us 之外，其他都为15年发行的作品。其中第4首有In Flames乐队Only for the Weak的影子；第6首Sea Of Dreams带有明显的80年代的舞曲怀旧音色；第8首的乐队Frantic Amber是一支由瑞典、挪威、丹麦、日本四国女子组成的跨国乐队，鼓手是唯一的男性；第10首则是狂想曲的经典风格。
